I’ve just received my new AP530WL and something doesn’t seem right with the motor. It doesn’t look level and when running at a decent speed sounds really squeeky. Anyone have any ideas please
Sorry about your disappointment I have maybe eight Axminster white machines and their customer service has almost disappeared now. Afraid I will never buy again there are other companies now who care more.
If you have only just got it and its not running right - possible motor misalignment/damage in transit etc, go back to Axminster and let them know…It should be under warranty/guarantee, so should not be an issue… and get them to collect/repair or replace… you paid enough for it… get some of that customer service they are always going on about…!!
It’s being collected today and hopefully they will send me a replacement as soon as possible.
