I’ve recently acquired an Axminster AC16BM Morticer second hand and there are bits missing most noticeably and importantly the chuck key Does anyone know how I can get hold of the missing parts and if there is an equivalent chuck which will work? I seems like a standard style chuck just longer?

Have you tried contacting Axminster Tools. I found their spares depart for their products second to none?
Like Patrick I would suggest that you contact Axminster Tools Customer Service department. They have yet to disappoint me regarding any question I have had for them.
