Hello just got a AW205WL and would like some advice on chucks please ie what size etc

Depending on manufacturer the 70/75/80mm size (3” in old money) will suit you best, anything larger would be overkill and this size chuck will still serve you well if you upgrade to a larger lathe in the future.

Just make sure you get the correct thread size, it is 1" x 8tpi

I went with a Vevor chuck on mine and have no issues
