Can anyone advise on a good branding Iron to personalise my woodworking projects please?
Last year I purchased a simple one, which needs to be heated with a blow torch. It works ok, sometimes, but it’s very difficult to get the temperature right and get a good consistent brand. Often half of it is good and the other half is either over or under branded, and you don’t get a second chance.
Any advice would be welcomed.
Graham, I am a branding iron novice; I have found a very hot iron briefly touched on the project is best; the difficulty is even pressure.
