This product is purchased via enquiry only. As such, it will not be available to buy via our website or any of our Axminster stores. This is because the JSP PowerCap Infinity respirator requires face to face training through one of our trained members of staff.

Thank you for the reply Hannah. However, not wanting to be flippant, what if I don’t want to contact your team of “Technical consultants” and I just want to buy it!? A quick Google shows it for sale on other websites?

Apologies for the delayed response. I’ve spoken directly to JSP and they’ve confirmed Axminster are correct in how we’re marketing the product. They also confirmed that no distributors should be offering the respirator as a ‘Buy it now’ option. This matter has been dealt with by JSP direct.
As a distributor, Axminster successfully completed the JSP Infinity accreditation meaning we are identified as a credible point of contact. In terms of the training, identified accredited distributors like Axminster are encouraged to deliver a consultative sales process. We encourage all customers to attend product familiarisation via our trained staff as the respirator will only offer the stated levels of protection if set up and used correctly.

At the price it is I would rather make the decision to buy following a hands-on consultation. Seems like a really good way to go.
