Apologies for the delayed response. I’ve spoken directly to JSP and they’ve confirmed Axminster are correct in how we’re marketing the product. They also confirmed that no distributors should be offering the respirator as a ‘Buy it now’ option. This matter has been dealt with by JSP direct.
As a distributor, Axminster successfully completed the JSP Infinity accreditation meaning we are identified as a credible point of contact. In terms of the training, identified accredited distributors like Axminster are encouraged to deliver a consultative sales process. We encourage all customers to attend product familiarisation via our trained staff as the respirator will only offer the stated levels of protection if set up and used correctly.
