I received an email from Axminster asking if I could help a customer with information. How wide are the blades for the Personna retractable window scraper. 40mm!
The link to allow an answer didn’t work. I can’t find the original enquiry anywhere and have wasted 20 minutes trying to do Axminster and a customer a favour. Anyone else remember when Axminster used to care, take time to provide technical information, and help!

I have had similar issues with posting reviews and raised a query with Axminster, I got a reply that it was because my browser did not allow pop-ups but I was never able to get it to work. it is worth trying alternative browsers and changing browser security settings.
