I have been scroll sawing for a while and use the Axminster ex21 and ex30 and have a proven tip
I reducer the free play on the machine front section arms by installing sim washers this has reduced blade breakage and improved blade to line accuracy.
I have also improved the dust suction on the bottom extract by spacing the outlet downwards and used longer screws.
