I recently purchased a used MB1933 thicknesser but did not get a blade setting tool with it. I would like to change the blades now but I’m concerned that without the setting tool I won’t get them properly balanced.
Would anybody have a setting tool that they would be happy to sell. Or does anybody have any advice on how I can set the new blades correctly

On this recommendation I bought this setting jig, it doesn’t fit the model of planer that I have and mentioned in my comment. The locking bar prevents the tool from being positioned on the blade mounting bar, I rang the helpdesk who also confirmed that this wouldn’t work. The setting tool for this model was apparently discontinued in 2010.
