Tell us your ‘why’
Woodworking means something different to everyone who steps into the workshop. It can be a way to unwind, a challenge to solve, a tradition to carry on, or simply the joy of turning an idea into something real and lasting. What connects us all is the reason we keep making - the stories, moments, and motivations that sit quietly behind every finished piece.
Whether you’ve been woodworking for decades or you’ve only just set up your first bench, your story matters. It might be a paragraph, a photo, a short video, or a few words explaining:
- Why you started woodworking
- What time in the workshop means to you
- A project you’re especially proud of
- Or simply why making things by hand still matters
There’s no right or wrong - just your experience.
